a. Application

Your mortgage professional will send you a packet to gather the following information from you:

  • Credit History
  • Employment
  • Income
  • Assets
  • Stability
  • Proof of funds for closing

Once this information is received and approved your interest rate can be locked in.

b. Processing

Once we receive your completed application, our team goes to work double checking to make sure that everything is accurate and complete so there is no delay in the underwriting process.

c. Underwriting

Our Underwriting Department does the final, formal review and sends your application to our Closing Department.

d. Closing

When our Closing Department receives the approval from the title company the Closing Disclosure is obtained and we will contact you to schedule the closing date.
